• A company register and operating in Singapore with sales over SGD $1 million and below $10 million. Could have presence in other neighboring countries.
• Sales to end consumer or supermarket chains like Cold Storage, Fair Price, Sheng Siong, Giant, RedMart or others alike.
• Good diversification of customer base, not customer accounts for more than 20% of the sales. The more spread the base the better.
• Good diversification of providers that allows the company to keep going even if there was a problem with any of them.
• EBITDA is over SGD$100 k and below $1 million.
• Company value from SGD$300 k to $3 million.
• EBITDA/Revenue between 5% to 10%.
• Company stable on EBITDA or growing in the last years.
• Quick turnover from buying raw materials to selling the product.
