Cheap Low cost for a F&B resturant! It's operating well and we're looking for people to takeover due to personal issue.
Strong office crowd, workers, and surrounded resident for weekday. Weekend will have a lot of outside crowd walk in as we are here since 2014.
Good customers base for any food relates to thai food.
Low rental, easy to cover operating cost.
Now i am only operating 5pm to 1am. If were to do lunch timing, the revenue sale will 100% be higher.

1)now the rental $5000. maybe can neg a bit with landlord.
