Seeking for investor to takeover a profitable Japanese stall due to work commitments and can’t find manpower . Stall has been running for a year plus and everything is in place. POS, paging system, honestbee and deliveroo. Can start immediate n handover can be arranged. Existing cook can handover and help out and work as part time if required but can’t work full time due to health issues.

Suitable for buyers who are willing to tend the stall themselves. Takeover fees of $8k can break even within 2-3 months. Not very suitable for investor like me. Profit for investor is low after deducting all costs including manpower.
