1) Corporate customers - we customize cupcakes for corporate events. Our customers include facebook, google, workday, unilever, Procter and gamble, intel and many more. We get a lot of regular orders from our loyal customers.

2) Parties - We cater to baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties.

3) Gifts - Lots of surprise cupcake gift boxes. We provide free greeting cards.

We focus on ease of online ordering, customization, and delivery of cupcakes. Within one year we've established a regular clientele of customers that order regularly from us. We don't cater for individual consumption, we cater mainly to bulk orders. Our minimum delivery quantity is 12 cupcakes per box. 

Our shop is located in Promenade Mall at Jalan Pelikat, #B1-90, postal code 537643. We've negotiated a great rental deal, at only SGD 1123.50 per month (inclusive of GST). This rental agreement runs till october 2018. Our shop comes with brand new equipments, which will last you a very long time. We have 2 door chiller, display chiller case, POS machine, solid steel cabinets for preparing cupcakes, world class oven (imported from italy), a solid mixer, microwave oven, an image printer (for printing edible images). The shop was recently renovated in Oct 2016. The cost of renovating the shop was about 35,000 SGD (including the purchase of equipments).  

We have one employee, who will continue with the business after it is sold to the new owner. She understands the whole process end to end, from speaking to customers, to taking orders, to baking cupcakes, to decorating and customizing cupcakes. She also coordinates the delivery of cupcakes. Hence we can guarantee you a smooth takeover.  

The business did a total turnover of 65,000 SGD in 2017, with a profit of SGD 9,250. Given the business was just started in end of November 2016, the business has scaled very well. However, we are just pushing the business through google adwords, there is a lot of potential to push through other online channels. Most of our customers enjoy the convenience of ordering online, and waiting for these yummylicious cupcakes to be delivered. 

The key to the success of cuppcakes is twofold:

1) the recipies have to be modified to cater to the singapore taste. Our customers like cupcakes that are soft, and not too sweet. We've done a lot of trial and error, and tested many variations of our recipies. Now our recipies are liked by our customers, and thats why they order again and again.

2) Our focus on quality. We only bake fresh on order using the most premium ingredients available in the market. Cupcakes are made using french butter, american vanilla bean paste, australian cream cheese, australian sugar. Caramel sauce is made by hand using premium sugar. In addition, we do not use any preservatives, chemicales, stabilizers or emulsifiers in our cupcakes. Hence the taste of the cupcakes is so fresh. 

We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs to take over the business and scale it from here. In our estimates, it is easy to reach 10K SGD a month (120k SGD a year) within a year's time. 

The asking price for the business is 65K SGD, at the current revenue base of 65K. As this is just the first year of operation, the revenue figure does not reflect the true revenue figure. The price INCLUDES the rental deposit and all equipments, including the website.

Competition is very limited, not many people compete well with us online for the market segments we target.

Right now the business is only advertising on google. Can add more channels like facebook etc. Also, as cater for gifting market, we can collabarote with flower shops to put bouquets on our website. Also, we can also start dessert tables, which offers great potential. Finally, as everyone loves the taste, you can take a small shop in a busy location in a mall, and people would love these cupcakes for individual consumption as well.
