A Japanese Restaurant during noon time, a Live Band and Karaoke on certain nights in the evening that always attract the working crowd for a beer or two.

There is a unique platform stage where customer can be on stage on showcase their singing talent.Shop crowd puller. 

Come with Food Shop, Liquor and Cat 1 Entertainment license which all be extend to 3am. 

8 PA quota not used.

Equip with all necessary equipment etc Freezer, Chiller,sound system, POS system, kitchen with exhaust and grease trap for a immediate start. Central Aircon till 7pm.

Full Time Bar Manager,Chef and part timers can be retain to work under New Owner. 

We are also permitted to open during CB and Phase 1 & 2 of Post CB.
