We are Korean mini-restaurant concept in Great World City (River Valley area) - Food Junction Level 3 seeking visionary individuals who share the passion for korean food to take up to 100% ownership of the business at $15K only. (Security deposit of $12.6K will be refunded to you upon end of lease term)

From humble beginnings, we have successfully crafted a business that offers authentic Korean experiences to a diverse clientele. Through meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we have fostered a loyal customer base that continues to grow.

As some of the current shareholders are Koreans and are returning back to Korea to attend to new business, therefore looking for Owner whom can continue to provide korean food quality to our loyal customers. 

Training of current menu will be provided. Very easy to prepare as 70% of food supplies are prepared by the central kitchen and mainly heat and serve good food series.

Current monthly sales : Around $40K (Just need 2 working people on ops - 1 Chef, 1 Cashier & support)

Highest month sales (When did marketing) $60K (Will require 3 working people on ops - 2 Chefs, 1 Cashier & support)

Take over 100% ownership include all current kitchen equipments and set up. Lease ending 31st December 2024 (And get back security deposit of $12.6K or continue negotiate for new lease terms). Rental at 18% of sales revenue.

Suitable for Singaporeans or PR (Good for Husband & Wife team) whom wants to run F&B business and just follow our current ordering & cooking system (Training provided before the Korean Chef returns). Interested party, pls call 8288 4991.
