a very niche industrial eletroncis repair company for take over
specialist in repair for any type of electroncis equipments up to the PCB and component board level
exisiting 300 over customers base spread out to mainly manufacturing and precision companies
exisiting credit terms with supplier as well
we are able to break it up into two types of sales
1. full company take over with assets and accounts looking at around 270K
- 3 sets of engineers testing equipments
- 4 test benches equiped with anti-satics
- a van bought in august 2017(if exclude van can reduce the amount by 80K)
- components spares worth 45K
-5 computers with anti virus and microsoft and furnitures
- 1 servers with customised software for tracking the repairs
- 4 printers (3 dot matrix , 1 fuji xerox network printer bought in 2017 August )
2. assest buy over only looking at 120K
