Indian Tandoori Restaurant - 1A Liquor License sale till midnight12.00

Hi 

Well decarated restaurant and we want to give away at cheaper rate, This would be a ideal business opertuninty for people who has more man power and local contacts.

Currently running with a Singaporen (cleaning person) and 1S pass (Chef) and two malaysian permit customer services.  

three licenses we have 

1 Restaurant Shop with a Catering service license (Also have a brand New Toyata Hiace Van to cater food COE till Aug 2026)

2 Food Shop is about 80 seating capacity inside and 30 seats can put outside the premises in total 100seats, currently operating with 60seats both in and out side of restaurant

3. 1A Liquior Lisence, can sell until midnitght 12.00am

The locals arroud are very much happy about the food, the Chef really a amazing Tandoori experiance, Customers are very much happy about the chef and the taste of food.
