Due to full time job busy schedule, i have no time to manage and explore

We provide juice and cut fruits to the tenants and shoppers in the shopping mall. 

We had newly and nicely renovated. 

We operated less than 4 months; there is huge potential for delivery services within the shopping mall as most of the tenants need to mend their shops.  They would need delivery services for drinks and meals which we have yet to do enough marketing due to lack of commitment.

We had applied to NEA to sell light cooking products (e.g. Ikea style hotdog), and were given approval in principle. We have not implemented the light cooking products. If implemented, this will definitely bring additional revenue to the business and sell it as a set meal with juice.

The lack of manpower in Singapore has always been the issue to many businesses; this takeover comes with an existing staff. Supplier contacts will be provided as part of the takeover.

Delivery services to the tenants within the shopping mall.
Sale of additional light cooking food to be implement once you come on board.

Existing staff have the knowledge to manage the retail unit. We can provide additional training if required.

No experience required, as long as buyer have entrepreneur mind set. Suitable for buyer who wants to do business at a low cost and risk.
