Looking for a managing partner with $80,000/- for a 50% stake in the company.
Prefer partner has knowledge and interest in seafood business.
Current Asset include in the retail shop
1. 5 units of chest freezers
2. 2 commercial 4-door freezers
3. 1 3-door display freezer
4. 1 2-door display freezer
5. 1 2-door display chiller
The Vending machine business started in October2021 with 5 units and we are making arrangements for 5 more to be operational.
The $80,000/- is running expenses and stock purchases.
An online Shopee store is in operation.
I have a kelong in Bintan harvesting, collecting and processing frozen seafood for the business in Singapore.
I will have to manage the Bintan Business and spend 2 days per week to assist in this venture
