Let's be honest, I'm letting go of this 24/7 coin-operated laundry for free (just need to pay me the $5800 rental and utility deposit) because it is not making money. It used to be until recently someone opened another shop beside me. I estimate that the deficit is anywhere between $500 to $1500 per month. I have other businesses so I won't have time to properly do up the shop again, that's why I'm letting go.
The shop comes with 5 washers and dryers, a claw machine, and vending machine that belongs to vendors.
The shop has been around for more than 4 years.
It is located at Blk 128 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3.
You have to register your own company as I need the entity for other use.
I hope this shop can find a new owner to give it love.
