- example of some of our trade secrets includes - direct import of kitchen stone top (not actual pure stone but a type of concrete mixed stone & sands) which contractors here supply for about $2,000 per piece with sink, tap, stove hole cut but we import for USD85/= direct from the overseas manufacturer with relevant cuttings according to our specifications and drawings. The above business is attached to our Company, BTO Curtains Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201912436H) with Share Capital of SGD50,000 and have been having 3 Singaporean Employees in the payroll, with salaries of at least $1,400 each. Our company also have an 500 SME Company award (see picture). We have another Company, BTO Renovation Pte. Ltd. (UEN:202215751M) which both companyes itself are high Google Search keywords, extremely good for digital marketing purposes. We can offer to sell the companies together with the business which advantages includes ability to hire foreign employees under the Company. BTO Curtains' principle activity is that of Construction, thus, the Company, together with the above criterias, can move forward with the application process with a favourabe quota for hiring foreign workers based on 1 local (Singaporean or PR) to 7 foreign workers basis (including workers from China, India, Bangladesh etc). We can assisst the transferee with this processes if necessary.

As we all know, the Singapore Government have in the pipeline from now till many years ahead, HDB BTO which are completed, pending completion and in progress. We estimate (you can easily Google) there are about 10,000 to 20,000 HDB BTO that are in completion and handing over keys each year from now till many years to come. In addition, there are also many private residential properties and commercial properties in Singapore completing and in progress. All these properties requires at least the most basic renovations, Interior design, installations. The most basic and essential installations includes Curtains, Kitchen Cabinets and Carpentry. It is also possible to explore collaboration with the Government, HBD or its main contractors to obtain these essential works, thus, it is possible to get a big contract from the Government. The possibilities are huge and endless. If this happens, procurements and warehousing can be even more efficient as it is purchase in larger quantities and there is a possibility that shipment can be made to the site itself. Procurement and specifications can be progressively made even more efficient, like, wherever feasible, ask the foreign supplier to get the goods ready in the most installation ready and installation friendly form.
