Started in 2013 May with ongoing lease (2years). We started this bakery shop with little experience, however, we profited only the first month. Every equipment bought was brand new which includes a 2-tier commercial oven + bread humisifier, 1 freezer, 1 chiller, 1 waffle machine, 1 mixer, display & retail cabinets.
Buy-out price includes all equipment & reno and the business.
NEA license is already given, details can be discused further.
