Specialty store at HDB half shop, in Serangoon North Ave 1, near many eateries and shops, and future MRT, with ready equipments (Aircond, POS, fridge), shelving and racks ready for takeover. Renovated. Stocks can be sold together as part of takeover, with extra fee (just the cost price).
There is an approved red box outside the shop (subject to town council approved usage, and fee applicable payable to town council).
Display window and TV outside shop already done up.
We have no time to manage the shop as we have other businesses. So looking for someone who is keen to start a small business or takeover the shop as part of expansion. The shelving and racks are loose, so can be moved out to make room for other businesses as intended.
