My client is an experienced restaurateur and owner of a popular and profitable cafe that sees annual sales of more than $1.3M. They’re looking to relocate due to the end of their tenancy. This café specialises in Western Fusion cuisine, has been around since 2016, and has been very well-received.

Their annual turnover has hovered around $1.3M to $1.4M over the years, with profits averaging around 15% to 18%. The sales revenue comes from the café’s daily walk-ins and reservations, 3
rd party online platforms, and corporate bulk orders.

You could be a corporate entity looking to 
expand your investment portfolio; or an individual investor on the lookout for potential business opportunities. You may even be a well-established professional who wants a F&B establishment to call your own so as to entertain your clients.

Either way, let your money work for you and simply enjoy receiving dividends through 
passive investment.

The investment amount is 
SGD$150,000 and will be used as capital expenditure for the relocation works. Expected ROI between 3 to 4 years based on past year’s figures.

 

You as an investor will be given equity in the company as a shareholder as well as a seat on the Board and you also don’t have to be involved in the day-to-day operations.
