• Able to add significant value to Party B by improving business performance, revenue growth, and overall business value creation.

About the Active Partner (Party B)

1. Working Professionals
• Currently employed in commercial interior fit-out, renovation or related industry.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Aspiring to become a business owner and active partner.
2. Business Owners
• Operating an interior renovation or related business with annual revenue below SGD 1 million.
• Seeking opportunities to double revenue to SGD 2 million or scale beyond SGD 3 million annually.
3. Business Owners in the Following Services (ongoing operations):
• Electrical & data cabling services
• Demolition & reinstatement works
• Partition & ceiling works
• Carpentry works
• Painting services
• General contracting services
4. Residential Interior Renovation Companies
• Looking to expand into the commercial interior renovation sector.
