Nestled in the neighbourhood of Siglap, our hair salon has been an established brand in the East of Singapore, with a steady customer base; we are proud to offer professional and high-quality services - from a haircut, styling to refreshing scalp treatment.

We make use of the latest technologies and work with established brands such as Kevin Murphy, Milbon and Olaplex to ensure that we provide the best products to support our services. We also are proud to have an experienced staff with 5 Senior Stylists and 1 Master Stylist. At the start of 2019, we have updated our Point-of-Sales system to a cloud-based system that can log in sales of hair services and products instantaneously. The existing system can be used to track inventory at any point in time, allowing managers to keep track of stock and make timely orders. Managers and owners can check the sales real-time, to spot any discrepancies, and to accurately report stylists' sales and services.

We are also using a cloud-based accounting software - Xero, to track our expenses and invoices real-time. GST filing, Pay runs, Budgeting, P&L calculation can be done at a click of a button. We are able to stay on top of our operations and manage our budget properly and proficiently.

In addition, we also have an active social media presence and team that updates it regularly, and we also are working with a Customer Relations Management system called Advocado to help us reward and retain customers, as well as reach out to new ones via our promotions and vouchers.
