招【销售代表 / 合伙人】针对上市公司 & 中小企业老板【Looking for Sales Agent / Biz Partners】target Listed Co & SME bosses

《 我们招多位 ”销售代表 / 生意合伙人 ~ 新加坡 / 香港 》
1）主要是要介绍各类的 “兼并收购” / “定向增发”等项目，给SGX新交所和HKSE港交所的，中小型上市公司的CEO或董事 !!
2）而针对私企SME老板, 和HNW高净值个人 ~ 我们则将介绍各类风投项目给他们 !!

《 We are looking for a few Sales Agents / Business Partners in Spore / Hong Kong 》
1）To market a variety of mergers & acquisitions / subscription to private placement type of transactions, to the CEO & Directors of Listed Companies, especially the small & mid cap SGX / HKSE Listed Companies !!
2）To market a variety of venture capital deals to non-listed SME bosses or HNWI high net worth individuals !!

【Requirements】
1) You have Sales & Business Development work experience, you are a pleasant, presentable, sociable type of personality.
2) You already are networking with many SGX or HKSE Listed Companies' directors (either as acquaintance or business partner) & also have a wide network of SME bosses & high net worth individuals !!
3) If not, you are willing and eager to know many Listed Companies CEO & Directors via various means, either via LinkedIn or via friends referral
4) Preferably you can read and understand Annual Reports of Listed Companies and some understanding of accounting & finance terminology

【Job Scope】
1) To propose a variety of different deals to different Listed Companies, such as Mergers & Acquisitions deals, Subscription to Private Placements, sale of various financial or non-financial products or services to Listed Companies. As for Non-Listed SME bosess & HNWI high net worth individuals, to promote various venture capital deals to them.
2) You will be trained on the presentation or sales pitch on each deal to Listed Companies or SME bosses or HNWI.

【Commission on Success Basis】
1) Subject to the different type of deals, generally the Commission on success basis, is between 5%-10%
2) After successful closing of a few deals, you will be invited to join us Full Time as a Senior Management team / VP or Directors
