On behalf of a legal and compliance firm in Australia, they are looking for potential buyers to take over entire equity with AFSL, NOT AR in Australia.
Pre requisite:
1. A buyer would need to have at least one person to become a ‘Responsible Manager’ with the required qualifications, skills and experience to provide the financial services covered by the licence – or others, if you want to vary the licence to do more or different things.
2. This is a company holding an AFSL itself, not an authorised representative of another. It can appoint others as ARs.
