THE COMPANY:
Having been in the industry for close to 10 years, our Design & Build business seeks additional funding to grow our team of front & back end staffs.

Currently we are operating on a 4-man team compromising of our Head Designer, Project Director, Carpenter and Specialized Worker (painting & waterproofing) with a BCA General Builder 2 and BizSafe3 license in hand.

THE PROBLEM / OPPROTUNITY:
We understand that we could grow the business organically and be sustainable & profitable, however due to our tested marketing efforts in the start of Q4 2024, we have seen a tremendous increase in the number of projects and leads which we are unable to fulfil efficiently.

Having secured $200K of projects and around $800K of projects more to close in just the month of October alone, we hope that with the right investor and investment amount, we are able to hire additional full time sales and operations staffs, as well as other assets to cater to these demand.

With the current marketing dollars spent, we are seeing better economies of scale in getting leads for the business per month and are expecting the algorithmic performance to be better as we move into 2025.

THE POTENTIAL:
With a mix of residential and commercial projects this year, we look forward to capturing the market share in the Landed, Retail & govt projects next year (2025) with our stronger team while acquiring other licenses to position our company better to close more opportunities.

We firmly believe that with the right partner and investment, we are projecting to grow to a yearly revenue of $10-12mil with a nett margin of 15-20% within the next 3 years.

THE ASK:
The overall ask is for $500K for a % stake in this evergreen Design & Build business.

This funds would go into new sales hire (comm based), additional 2-man labour force in either the carpentry or builder side as well as securing a new rental space to cater to workflow and team.

We are open to suggestions and advises from our partners in the area of HR or property rentals.
