Wanting to own your bubble tea shop but no bandwidth to manage? Or are you looking to receive dividends through passive investment?
ABOUT US
We are looking for a sleeping partner to join our F&B venture. We are an experienced team comprising of F&B, marketing and business development individuals who have come together to conceptualise a new bubble tea concept in Singapore. As a sleeping partner, you can leave the day-to-day operations to us and we will run the business entirely.
INVESTMENT
The investment amount is SGD$85,000and will be used as CAPEX to setup the place and hire additional staff.You as an investor will be given equity in the company as a shareholder (45%)and a seat on the Board.
The total amount asking is SGD$100,000. Majority of the capital will come from the silent shareholder and the remaining shareholders will run the business on a full-time basis.
Financial statements will be made available for you to access immediately through Xero.
RETURN OF INVESTMENT
We project a net profit of 14-18% per month, and you will be giventopmost prioritywhen we split dividends. Allocated profits from the company will be first shared with you before the rest of the shareholders.We also expect that within 24 - 26 months, you should recoup your capital injection of SGD$85,000.

What makes your concept different from the rest of the bubble tea shops these days?Details of the concept will only be shared more during a physical meetup due to confidentiality, but we have our own specialty drinks that are considered picture-worthy! We are a fun and cute brand with a mascot too! Our concept also takes inspiration from both the Korean and Japanese wave, riding on their popularity as a marketing angle.
2. What is my role in the business as an investor?As a silent partner, you do not have to be involved in the daily operations. We will take care and run the business, staff hiring and training,
3. How do you project your sales?We have done extensive research within our means to track ticket sales, and we project monthly gross revenue to hover between SGD$28,000 - 35,000. We project our sales based on similar competitors - local startups like us.
4. How is your cost managed?We work by percentage(s) for certain costs e.g. manpower should not exceed 30% of the total revenue earned. This allows us to better manage costs and determine the no. of staff we can afford to hire. COGS, similarly, will be kept less than 25%, and this is how we plan finances.
