We are looking for a serious and hands-on operating partner to jointly run a well-established South Indian restaurant located in a prime area of Little India, Singapore. This opportunity is not for passive investors. We are specifically seeking someone who is genuinely interested in managing and growing an F&B business on a day-to-day basis.

Key Requirements

Tamil and/or Telugu speaking preferred (to engage core customer base)
Strong interest and experience in running F&B operations
Willing to take full operational control, including:
Daily restaurant operations
Staff management
Supplier coordination
Business growth initiatives
Open to taking up a Director position in ACRA

Business Status

Restaurant is currently operational
Existing staff in place
Established brand presence and customer base
Located in a high-footfall prime location

Partnership Structure
Partnership terms, share allocation, and valuation will be discussed based on the value, expertise, and commitment the partner brings to the business
Equity percentage is flexible and negotiable, depending on involvement and contribution
