We are local logistics business , looking for serious investor to re-setup our fleet team and operation team, we have a strong ecommence client from china dealing with direct online platform running over 100+ container a month.
Amount looking at 100,000 - 120,000
Will be forcus on renting or purchasing 2nd hand truck / add on more full time worker / equipment and warehouse space for fulfilment needs.
We have stop operation since 2022 and outsource all of our project to contractor due to bad partnership, as past few month alot of complain on going and no improvement from contractor, we are looking to re- setup and handle on our own .
We have strong customer base to support on sale.
Plan investor fund - SGD 100,000 - SGD 120,000 propose 20% share or 25%
3-6 month stable
Repayment after stable 24 month for investment fund.
After investment fund fully repaid.
ROI - 20%-25% per annual
Should the company M.Y.N LOGISTICS propose to retain certain percentage for growth or expansion of company investor will have to also follow min of 10%.
