We are a business group which owns 4 restaurants, a hostel (100 beds), 2 PPE manufacturing sites (1 in India) and 3 commercial properties in Singapore.

The group consists of around 75 staffs.

The annual revenue is at 5.5 million SGD with nett assets value (less liabilities) at 1.7m SGD.

We are looking at investors whom will help us scale the business with / without collateral.

We are looking to return 0.8 - 1 percent per month on top of principal to the investor. This can be formalised within the Singapore legal system and witness by a lawyer.

Our current investors includes a Swiss bank director, an European Flooring brand Apec sales head, a P/E fund Director and a semiconductor RnD Business head.

Reputed fund managers charge >1 percent per year. This can be saved as well as most of the business operations are located in Singapore.

The minimal and maximum trance are at 200k and 1 million SGD respectively.

We expect revenue to grow by 1m per annum with 200k deployment and revenue to grow by 6m with 1m deployment.
