3. The business supports a progressive takeover structure. The new owner can initially pay 50% of the acquisition fee. The remaining 50% balance will be paid after a mutually agreed timeframe, which can be triggered by either the company hitting predetermined KPIs or the new owner becoming fully accustomed to the operations after the handover is complete.
