In 2019, we conceptualised an entirely new retail medium ; mini-convenience stores located inside Ride-Hail vehicles. We successfuly built the entire tech-stack with a team of 5 engineers and launched a pilot with 50 rideshare driver partners in March 2020. The pilot was halted on May 2020 when the nationwide lockdown affected the ridehail sector and we started offering software-development services for cashflow.

How does Lemon work ?
- Passengers : No signup/downloads, simply scan the QR in the car, select items & pay.
- Drivers : Earn 20% of each sale along with tips & bonuses. Free inventory restocking
- Brands : Gain more reach through in-store ads & a highly scalable distribution network.

Revenue Streams:
- In-app advertising
- Product sampling distribution channel
- Direct sales from goods

Key metrics:
- Every mini-store in a car was exposed to 7 passengers daily on average
- We had a reach of 10000+ passengers during our pilot with $0 in marketing spend (our stores market themselves!).
- We had a 14% sales conversion rate during our pilot and churned $4k in revenue/mth.
