Dear Friends in the Laundry Industry,

We are the latest established laundry company in Singapore with a turnover / revenue of S$ 1.8 to S$ 2.0 million operating in a single shift and can easily add in S$ 50K to S$100K / month without any additional equipment, just the right product mix and an extended working hours.

A&B is growing in a speed that you would be impressed of but as we all know that it also drain out some cash needed until the speedy grow is paid off. We are consequently looking for a partner preferably from the Laundry Industry.

If you do happen to have interesting volumes to be taken care of, we still have free capacity for the right items at the right price.

Our customers base is quite nicely divided into 4 areas like the following, approx. % for respective customer base are as follows:

25% from the Hotel Guest Laundry, same day return
25% from Club Member Laundry, on the next day return
25% from the Agent, 3 to 5 days return
25% from the Commercial, 1 to 7 days return

Of course, there are in all these groups of business orders of less interest to be replaced and with our LMS system under the implementation, we do feel that we are really on the right track.

That our operation after the latest merger also is under constant improvement also makes us confident that we are the right investment partner for you.

We are prepared to sell off 20% off our company at a price of S$ 20,000 per percentage share i.e. total approx. S$400K only.
- i.e. for an important part of the latest laundry company established in Singapore with an annual turnover of approx. S$ 2 million.
We are operating in one shift only, we not only improved product mix but with some increase in working hours will improve our bottomline.

We do have some 25 to 30 well trained and well motivated staff now also working very much as a team.
