I have been running it for the last 5 years and are profitable but i have other business commitment to attend to.
Currently the kiosk is run by 2 committed full-time staffs at estimated $2000 salary each. They are willing to continue with new owner with similar salary terms.
Or you can takeover and run it as a family business
Estimated start-up capital for Woodlands North Plaza with 2.5yrs balance contract with estimated $1.5k nett profit:
Takeover franchisee = $20k
Admin fee to franchisor and other misc costs = $5k
Stock-up = $30k
Total = $55k
