This Established & Reputable Company provides Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Container Trucking and Local Distribution services.
90% of its Company’s Revenue is under long-term, dedicated and exclusive contracts with large MNCs.
The Company is the long-term vendors for almost all of the FIDI accredited International Relocation Companies in Singapore as well as for several Furniture distributors and E-Commerce platforms.
Staff Strength : 2 x Directors, 1 x CEO, 4 x Managers & 60+ Employees
FY23 Revenue - $14.5 Mil estimated
FY23 EBITDA - $600K+ estimated
The current owners and their family are on high salary package. When the new owners buy out the current owners, the current owner's family will be removed and will stop receiving salaries. The current owners are prepared to stay on and run the business or they can be replaced with top executives within the same budget. This will save the new owners $300K in overheads per annum.
